Intern Program

We now have 17 host families, which is enough for eight interns! If we get at least 20 families we will be able to again have ten interns next year. Today is the deadline to sign up. HELP US REACH OUR GOAL!

Check out the fun intern-related activities this week:

Monday: Intern trivia: how much do you know about our interns?

Tuesday: LNFI students tell us what they like about the interns

Wednesday: Turn in trivia and coloring forms. Students enjoy treats at lunch!

Thursday: Wear blue, white and red, the colors of the French flag!

The color contest and intern trivia forms went home in your child(ren)'s backpack(s). They are also available on the right, below the link to the host family application.

Hosting an intern

Minimum requirements to host include providing an intern with a private bedroom and transporting them to and from school. If you have any questions, please review the FAQs, below, or contact Tracie Berniard at

Families interested in hosting should fill out a host family application by clicking on the application link under "Quick Links" on the right side of this page. (Interested families who hosted last year and already have an application on file can just email Tracie; you don't need to fill out another application.) read on Hosting an intern
