Hosting an intern

Thank you so much to all of the wonderful families who signed up to host an intern for the 2016-2017 school year!

Unfortunately, we've recently learned that two of our host families are no longer able to host an intern in the Spring (mid-January through mid-June) due to circumstances beyond their control.

Minimum requirements to host include providing an intern with a private bedroom and transporting them to and from school. If you have any questions, please review the FAQs, below, or contact Tracie Berniard at tracie.berniard@lnfi-pto.org.

Families interested in hosting should fill out a host family application by clicking on the application link under "Quick Links" on the right side of this page. (Interested families who hosted last year and already have an application on file can just email Tracie; you don't need to fill out another application.)

Please consider hosting; it's a wonderful experience for the entire family. LNFI families enjoy having a young adult from another country share their culture and language. In turn, interns have a home base in St. Paul from which to experience how we live and enjoy our unique environment. For those who are able to host, the payback is priceless!
